No breaks, not even bathroom

Majority has opportunity to call out points of order on the person doing the filibuster; four is the maximum

Wendy wore a catheter and stood for 13 hours . She had almost run out the clock when the last point of order was called. The rest of the Senate Democrats tore in to a series of procedural maneuvers to run down the clock; at midnight the official Legislative session would end.
