And when he was named head football coach at the University of Cincinnati, I had a friend who worked there and got to know him well. He told me after Tuberville left, " I can't believe he's a college graduate, He's one of the dumbest people I ever talked to "

He was the coach of Auburn at the time, but we didn't act that way with other SEC coaches.

We actually didn't see him on TV nearly as often while he was coaching the much-closer University of Cincinnati. I suppose it was because UC wasn't considered as much of a national contender.
