WTF actually happened to Dr. Ronny Jackson?

The Daily Mail is running an article about how he’s saying President Biden barely made it through his press conference, and he’s not fit to be POTUS. This is the same guy who proclaimed trump* to be a shining specimen of a human who could live far beyond what anyone has, to date.

President Obama sang his praises, as did GW Bush. So, is Jackson just a political chameleon, a bold faced opportunist who has tossed his loyalty in the wrong direction or just another example of everything trump* touches turns to sludge. And I know about his reputation for being a loud mouthed bully. I hate to say it, but based on personal experience, that doesn't surprise me. I don’t have a very high opinion of Navy medicine. I knew and worked with LOTS of great dentists but I never had a really good experience with a Navy doc. (I’m going to include the link to the article, should anyone be interested in reading it.
