Got something in Informed Delivery from the IRS but it is likely not the stimulus. What could it be?

My stimulus isn’t supposed to come until March 31. And I don’t have taxes or refunds due.

This past week in my email it bounces and moves. None of my other emails do this.

17. Do you make quarterly payments? I recently received an IRS letter

that contained the quarterly forms for the upcoming tax year, along with pre-addressed envelopes for mailing them back.
