Wong ran for commissioner last year on his support for Trump .He lost the election but he proudly campaigned wearing his MAGA hat .Last year during the BLM protests he voted with all the other trustees to impose a 30 day 10 pm curfew because there were rumors that protesters were going to be bused into their rich neighborhoods. What I assume are scars on his chest isn't clear to me.

My vision issues distorts the image. It looks like he has over developed breasts. So I know I'm not seeing this image correctly. What are the scars from? gun shot wounds or torture?
