In the evening, I was way more tired than normal.

The next day, I felt tired and was running a low fever. Fever broke overnight and I felt great yesterday.

My husband had fatigue and a little headache that kept him in his easy chair the day after his second. He's such a stranger to fatigue that he believes he must have had a fever, but he didn't.
