Religious Georgians need to have Matthew 25:31-46 pointed out to them.

There are many of us who have no need to consult a book to figure out what's good and what's evil, but for those in the Georgia legislature who seem to lack a moral sense of their own, it might be effective to draw their attention to Matthew 25:31-46, a portion of Jesus' Olivet Discourse. Here's an excerpt:


41 "Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink..."

"Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed,..." and there the reading and understanding will end.
