whoever wants to post the Onion, please put (Onion) in the headline..for those looking for bad headlines from du, the Onion is fertile ground.
Identified as such might slow them down.

apart from the overall impression you mention, there's a risk that some people won't read too closely and will fall for a tall tale and spread it around and embarrass themselves (it's happened before). It wastes my time as I'm looking for useful information I can register or pass on or maybe blog about. If I want a laugh, I can usually find one.
