If detention conditions at the border are bad

shouldn't this be freely shown and discussed? Seems like it could be used to shame self-righteous Republicans into spending the money necessary to fund immediate improvements.

They're meant to be 72hr max facilities and have kids inside going on 2 weeks. DEM Congressman Cuellar was just there and reported on what he saw.

But it's not politically expedient to just let journalists in to take a peek... especially during a pandemic.
