(10,862 posts)Depending on the political leanings, that is where this will be decided. And, no matter that outcome, the losing side will probably try to get it into the federal court system. Will be interesting to see if the Feds wont touch it saying this is purely a States matter.

Damn good thing that water line doesn't go all the way down to Georgia. Gotta keep the water flowing. just saying
