Sell it for what it's worth -- about 2¢ a bottle, if you include the cost of the plastic. And for those who can't afford it, sell it to 'em on credit, payable when and if they get the money and see you again.

Surely, they havent't passed a law against entrepreneurship, have they?

A penny a bottle, since the water is being donated anyway. The "proceeds" can go to a good cause. The same could be done with the pizza slices, or whatever else was being donated.
