I've only browsed this thus far, but I am pretty certain every. single. sentence. is wrong. Like ALL of them. For my fellow blue dots in red areas, this is for you. If you are lucky enough to live in a place where this sort of assholery does not exist, please consider yourself lucky enough, and properly envied. 4. "Copy and paste" social media posts are some of the most insidious form of disinformation.

It's anonymously written, unsourced, and allows for people to add on whatever they like without any viewable history of how the post might have looked before.

Also, to the unsuspecting eye, many people will attribute post being authored by whoever posted it, and if it is a friend or family member, might give it additional credence simply because of emotional ties to the poster.

No, I'm not telling you to get off of Facebook or social media. But I do call people out when they fall victim to these "copy and paste" posts, which often make them look like complete idiots.
