However, Jackmans spouse works in law enforcement, although its unclear from which agency, so her service weapon can remain in the home as long as its locked up.

He was turned in on Jan. 7 but the cases involving violence against the police are complicated and take a while to process. #SeditionHasConsequences #SeditionTrack

(6,926 posts)I have learned that for some of them this was the most exciting day in their life. They really thought they were part of something important. They actually thougth they had a chance to take over. They are idiots. They believed they had a leader who would support them and give them help to take over. Anyone who admires the former occupant of the White House has some serious deficits in their knowledge and understanding of reality.
It would be sad if they were not traitors and did serious damage.
I would kind of like to ask some of them how much help with their legal problems they have gotten from their "leader". Do they now understand he hid and does not care about them at all???

(43,120 posts)Individual trials? Without domestic terrorism laws, is that what we're left with? Because very unequal justice could emerge from hundreds of separate trials.
I'm thinking they go after the top perps individually, and lump lower low lifes together. Jail time for all, even if less than 3 or 6 months, and fines, and community service. They should be re-integrated into society, work at hourly jobs. They have to be more productive, for their own good and for society's, than to play insurrectionist every week.

(11,562 posts)The prosecutors ought to drop or amend some charges, and add one or two, here and there. Make as few categories as possible, then populate those as appropriate. Try the groups and save a lot of time.
