The video is clear enough evidence of what occurred...

...but he wasn't "a healthy guy". He reportedly had heart issues, was COVID positive, and had large amounts of fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system.

I have no idea whether those combined to make calling an ambulance appropriate at the time... but I also don't think that it's necessary to discover - since none of that would change what shows on the video.

So yes he was reasonably healthy for his age.

which was that he said that he couldn't breathe, stiffened up, and collapsed to the ground

That doesn't justify kneeling on his neck... but it makes calling an ambulance pretty reasonable.

or a drug test.

The cops escalated would should have been a routine stop into a life or death situation that turned into death. There were no reports of weapons or violent threats.Cops deal with people who are upset about being arrested for petty crimes literally everyday. They deal with addicts everyday. That situation does not warrant some one being dragged out of a cop car and being crushed to death. If they couldn't handle this situation they should not have been police officers. It should not take 4 cops to subdue one man.

I don't think anyone here is questioning whether the police acted properly. The question is whether calling an ambulance reveals intent to cause him to need one.

They didn't run a covid test or drug test... but some combination of drugs/heart condition/covid caused him to collapse and say that he couldn't breathe - prior to them roughing him up. It's reasonable to call an ambulance at that point.

He was positive for Covid, had fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system. Fentanyl can be deadly. That shithead cop killed him, but he was not exactly a physical specimen of health at the time.

disease or comorbidities or drugs or alcohol in our system. Floyd was ambulatory and talking and walking. He was visibly healthy and not in acute distress until the officers pinned him to the ground and suffocated him to death.

He knew exactly, that he could (PROBABLY) get away with MURDER. He wanted FLOYD DEAD! No other way to see this! (I was thinking why the hell they couldn't place two officers in the back seat and take him in, instead of dragging him back out.)Who's idea was it to DRAG him back out? Do we know?
