So far it seems to be to make people say they didn't see what they saw. Or they weren't qualified to see.

(3,056 posts)I'm not an attorney, but I do believe there's an old legal adage about never asking a witness a question you don't already know the question to. I think these guys missed that day.

Because her testimony is devastating..
He will try any trick in the book to discredit her memory, past statenents or her demeanor.
I don't think that's going to happen tho.
