I'm not an attorney, but I do believe there's an old legal adage about never asking a witness a question you don't already know the question to. I think these guys missed that day.

Clearly Chauvin isn't going to be acquitted, but one juror can hold everything up and get Chauvin a mistrial because of a hung jury.

Therefore he'd argue her testimony be stricken.

Because her testimony is devastating..

He will try any trick in the book to discredit her memory, past statenents or her demeanor.

I don't think that's going to happen tho.
But he will try!

I could make a pretty good argument for purposeful incompetence so the can get a retrial after they lose this one. The stupid is strong on the defense team.
