definitely impaired and I am not surprised he died, only Officer Chauvin's knee on his neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds was keeping him alive" or some similar BS. In other words, he's got nothing.

Clearly Chauvin isn't going to be acquitted, but one juror can hold everything up and get Chauvin a mistrial because of a hung jury.

I could make a pretty good argument for purposeful incompetence so the can get a retrial after they lose this one. The stupid is strong on the defense team.
