(51,584 posts)for April 22 (the earliest date for those 50 and older in CA, the latest group allowed to get vaccinated). Do they make an appointment for your second when you get the 1st or do you have to call or go on line again and again to make the 2nd one yourself?

(31,261 posts)when you check in for the first dose, let the person that check you in know that you dont have a second dose date.
I suggest that you look through your email and/or Texts that came after you scheduled. You should have a second date 21 days or so after your first shot date.
Where did you register, mass vaccination site, pharmacy? If pharmacy, which one?
I got my first shot at CVS. Once I scheduled a first date, the second automatically popped up, I could only choose the time of that day.

(51,584 posts)You don't have to be a member. I called and did it over the phone. I didn't get an email or anything else in writing. I just wrote down what you said and will do that when I get there.

I get my 2nd Moderna on Thursday.....
Now if only the anti-vax ASSHOLES will come around, we have a chance of life returning to (somewhat) normal...
Faux pas
(14,667 posts)Sorry, I have no hope for the anti-vaxers. I'm pretty sure their lack of critical thinking skills is something they can't overcome. Sad.

(32,633 posts)And it went as well as the first shot. Arm is a little sore, that is all.
It sure beats getting the virus I can tell you that.
know I feel better about everything than I did a year ago! Now all we have to do is get the hump for mass murder and life will be perfect!

(797 posts)Other than a sore arm and sleeping all day yesterday, all is well!
I took a long nap yesterday. Mostly because I had to leave at 7am and didn't sleep well the night before because I didn't want to be late. The things we do to ourselves, huh?
