Just reading the headers at your link gives an exciting summary.
Investing in human infrastructure. Yes!!
I remember when the Republicans killed over 1 million good paying federal jobs, besides all the other slashing they did at various times. Without those good-paying jobs competing with private industry for good workers, not only were the jobs themselves lost but private industry was able to pay less and less and cut benefits.
