It's a general term for something some are proposing - a nationally recognized document that proves you've had the vaccines.

For now, hang on to your vaccination card.

Your physician will want to see it when you go for treatment.

The data will be more convenient to display to your physician than having it scanned to your computer.

RW assholes still need to rend their garments over proof of vaccination. I propose we start calling them ‘pro-life passports’ just to piss them off further.

Just hold your shoulder next to the scanner, you'll be allowed to pass.
