I think the accusation is that he had sex with minors, which is statutory rape. I also think he gave drugs to girls but it was party drugs and the like. I don't think the accusation is that he gave the girls date rape drugs and then raped them.
As for traveling, wouldn't the minor be dazzled if she gets to go to a fancy hotel or travel to Las Vegas or other place she wanted to go?
