I am a fan of Walt Disney World. I have been a number of times and for example my son and I were there during Hurricane Harvey (the storm was a tropical storm when we left and by the time we had gotten back to the room that night it was too late to fly back). It was not a fun trip.

You can spend a great deal on a trip if you go during peak seasons. Right now, it is spring break time and the room rates are high. I am going in early May have a very good rate. This idiot did not spend $15,000 on this trip and it was clear that this idiot did not read the materials on the rules being imposed by WDW

While spring break revelers descended on South Florida, DeSantis praised how busy the area was compared to cities in other states with stricter covid-19 guidelines, such as New York City. He has touted the state’s distribution of vaccines and argued it is safe to visit.

I’m willing to bet that the temperature check at Disney is as quick and easy as it is when I visit my doctor. You stand in front of a kiosk, the kiosk almost instantly gets your temperature, then either says you are good to go or not.

As far as spending 15K, the person might be exaggerating, but it would be easy to do. I think some of the rooms at the Polynesian resort are $2,000+ a night

I will carry a copy of my card or my card in a protector when I fly to Orlando in May. I have a TSA preclearance with proof of vaccination may help.
