9. That look is fairly common around these parts of Florida.

A lot of naturally blonde people (even eyebrows). Around 5-10% of the White women seem to have long, straight blonde hair like that woman. It is actually pretty rare to find White females with blackish hair here (I saw one or two in high school), most girls when I was in high school had natural light brown, mousy blonde, strawberry blonde, blonde, or platinum blonde hair. There were a few redheads.
