Why are the GOPers so upset about "cancelled culture"?

They have been trying to cancel us out for an awful long time now? They’re upset that Major League Baseball is moving the All Star Game, but yet they don’t want you to vote in that same state! Go figure, they afraid of us, yet the only they can do to punish the voters and it’s not going to happen!

Most recently, ‘Indian schools’ tried to erase the last vestiges of culture - including languages.

Few of them can stand up for themselves. They cluster in groups for fear that at any given moment someone confronts them on their bias or entitlement. Never forget, Dorothy slapped the bullying lion and he broke down in tears. Hell, isn't time to start slapping the fools around?

The right wingers conncoted this as a way to make themselves look like the victims. They think they're so cute and clever.

It's made up. It's FAKE.

All Americans have First Ammendment rights...but it doesn't mean there aren't consequences for words and actions.

Republicans are programmed to do what they're told to do. They have no hope of independent thought or action. It's like they share one big hive-mind, and why they ALL say the same simple slogans.

Hopeless, hideous creatures.

This is them screaming, "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!!!" It's all they have left. People are starting to realized that all they are corrupt and hypocritical as hell, and have nothing to offer other than obstruction and distraction. Now, they're flailing, and their "cancel culture" bullshit is just more of that.

it's hard to not look at the Dems working on covid relief and infrastructure and contrast it with people like Lindsay Graham prancing around the rifle range in his dockers and truly wonder why people vote Republican.

10. Because they're afraid of losing their privileged status in our society
Sun Apr 4, 2021, 11:12 AM
Apr 2021

They can't or won't acknowledge that they are the beneficiaries of white privilege, but if those privileges are threatened because of the injustice that is thereby established, that can't be tolerated.

An example is how they insist that strict voter ID is needed to protect the integrity of the vote, even though it establishes a huge obstacle to some of our less privileged citizens that they aren't interested in addressing. But when the idea of a vaccine passport is floated as a tool to protect public health, they scream of the injustice. Their hypocrisy escapes them.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/03/07/us/cancel-culture-accountability-reality-trnd/index.html

In 2016, Colin Kaepernick kneeled during the national anthem at an NFL game. After that season, he hasn't played football since. In the ensuing years, Kaepernick and Eric Reid, another player who knelt, filed grievances against the NFL, saying the league was colluding to keep them from being picked up by other teams.

The early fallout from the #TakeAKnee protests were met with studied indifference by many NFL leaders, and former President Donald Trump and countless other political figures repeatedly cast wide and sometimes violent derision their way.

Where are the anti-cancel culture warriors in Kaepernick jerseys? Where are the anti-cancel culture warriors fighting for men and women who allege wrongdoing at great risk to their own career? It's very convenient that the same people who want to convince you that cancel culture is real also seem to be the ones determining who is worthy of being saved from such a fate, and who is not. That's because cancel culture isn't real.

They only care about money and that's why they're pitching a fit over the all-star game being moved. They are well aware they've been "trying to cancel us out for an awful long time now." They don't care. It's all projection (see Dixie Chicks, Colin Kaepernick, Keurig, etc.). They excel at catchy two-word propaganda, with "cancel culture" now out there in the lexicon being used against us. They will use anything and everything they can against us, and lie or omit while doing it.
