It's a closely held corporation. He and a few long time financial backers own the whole shebang.
But, he didn't lose $65 million. He lost REVENUES of $65 million. Yearly!!! And, by his own admission will likely never recoup. This suggests that the lost revenue will equal total valuation of the company in around 30 months!!!
The company is only worth $26-27 million in equity with around $123 million in debt. His interest bill is nearly $5 million a year.
With a debt:equity of 4.86, he's not getting an increase to line of credit and losing over 40% of total revenue is going to kill his company.
Just like T---p, he lies about his assets & net worth. His lunacy is going to ruin his cute little junk shop company.
