In any case, my impression of the man's physical appearance always struck me like he was maniacal freak. Something about the forehead jutted out over the eyes, similar to a sort of a slight physical disfigurement associated with dwarfs.

In fairness to dwarfs, I do not see this physical condition as maniacal.

I believe Gaetz to be of average height, is that correct?

Which seems to be of normal size for his face. The problem is there is no-fucking-space between his eyebrows and his unusually deep-set eyes.

The pompadour is probably for th same reason as Kim Jong Uns - Kim is 5'6½"; Gaetz is 5'7".
