Remember when Tom Cotton wrote that thing about using troops to crush Black Lives Matter and people insisted that he wasn't a fascist? Well...

We have a major under-incarceration problem in America.

And it's only getting worse.

Looks like no more than a few hundred will draw prison time, and that is definitely an 'under-incarceration' problem....

Hawkey, Cancun Cruz, and several representatives would populate those under-utilized cells.

And jailing all the peace-loving, Fascist Capitol pic-nickers, and Ron Johnson would indeed help.

I used to think he was just an A$$hole, but I'm certainly willing to consider the suggestion......

Not enough rich and powerful people are ever brought to trial, convicted, and put in jail for life, for their continued theft of American labor and American lives.

You have Trump playing at his stupid make believe office in Florida instead of behind bars. You have Matt Hawley and Ted Cruz on the Floor of the Senate instead of behind bars for supporting the insurrection.

You have CEOs of major corporations that nothing happens to when they allow toxic spills that kill people, wildlife, and destroy habitat. No one in Texas is in jail for allowing people to freeze to death AND making millions of dollars by gouging people.

We certainly have an under incarceration problem in the US, just not like Cotton is thinking of.
