1. Let's say that my legal name is Christopher but my Covid vaccine card says "Chris"

It has all the other data. It, however, has my abbreviated name rather than my full name.

Will this be a problem for when I go to get an app in case it’s required for flying?

I am supposed to go to Hawaii and I’m now concerned my card’s legitimacy will be questioned.

2. Not sure what your question has to do with the NY Mobile Vax Bus

..Or, since one has to provide i.d. & info to get the shot, why your legal name would not appear on your vax card.


That said, I am more than happy to see more expansion via MobileVax going directly into neighborhoods.
