he's religious, so yes, he cares. If he peels off a slight number of religious voters, it will make a difference in his vote totals, so again, he cares.

Possibly getting a few votes is just an extra benefit, if he gets any benefit at all.

Had former guy done the job, this roll out would have started in December and most Americans would be vaccinated by now.
