4. That is not an admission, it is a statement.

Republicans were relatively likelier to watch the debate.

The poll was of people who watched the debate.

There is no "oversample", unless one is saying that a poll of debate watchers should include people who didn't watch the debate.

CNN sucks, but not for this.
