(1,990 posts)He doesn't have standing and no court has the authority to tell the CDC it can't have its guidelines. This isn't a "legal" situation in any sense.
Again, there is no court that has "jurisdiction" over the CDC as it pertains to CDC guidelines.

I admit its industrial tourism, but I enjoy taking cruises every now and again. My last one was right before the Pandemic kept into high gear.
It would be nice if cruise passengers had alternative ports to Florida. Thats not likely, at least along the Gulf Coast. Gregg Abbott, the Governor of Texas, seems hell-bent on playing monkey-see, monkey-do with DeSantis reckless, irresponsible actions. (Hes just prohibited vaccine passports here in Texas).
