Chauvin defense cross-examination of Dr. Tobin.

Nelson off on his Don Quixote search for confusing hypotheticals.

Seems he is arguing there weren’t any “experts” with Chauvin explaining how he was killing Mr. Floyd.

This seems rather futile to me.

and that being the cause of him—what, erroneously thinking he couldn’t breathe? One seldom dies from asphyxia out of hysteria.

There is no moe evidence to enter into this trial.
Prepare the closing & hand it over to the jury.

The image Dr Tobin left for the jury, is Chauvin's knee on their own necks & the pressure points that leave man or animal vulnerable to death.

That image will remain in the forefront of their thoughts everytime they see the pic of the final minutes of George Floyd's life.

Time to deliberate, deliver Chauvin's fate & get some ptsd therapy.

After Dr Tobin's testimony, we all became George Floyd in the final 9 minutes of his life.
That will not be forgotten.

Rest in peace Mr Floyd ~

He's gotta start over & it's not looking promising.

Wish we could have watched a side by side screen of Chauvin & his Atty while Dr Tobin was speaking.

Dr. Tobin is not only an expert, but he's an excellent witness. His presentation is riveting, and his explanations are easy to understand. He even made his testimony tactile.

Redirect now.

Which makes sense. It's been authoritative and conclusive, IMHO.

He explains complicated things in terms we all can understand. He demonstrates on himself and encourages the jury to do the same. Anyone who views this as anything other than an intentional killing by Chauvin is just not paying attention.

What a disgusting premise.

The re-examination is good. Where was chauvin’s knee during the nanoseconds milliseconds and the entire 5 minutes you focused on. On his neck and back.

Would you expect bruising. No it was a static force. When I sit in church I don’t have bruising on my buttocks.

Now trying to get manslaughter. He's not an expert, how was he supposed to know he was killing him? Don't think it will work.
