i got this form via email from them and was able to fill it out whilst not in a hurry. my hand writing is so bad , i learned a trick from a survival mag to use an address label on the form and i fill out the rest.

1. We had our second shot yesterday afternoon

A bit of fatigue and a sore arm are the only side effects so far. Took a nap with the dog this afternoon, so that's a plus!

2. had a sore arm for a few days at the area of injecton and a slight afib event .

i do have afib (rapid heart rate )as an health issue and it was a week later . nap an dog friend , goooood .

3. The relief is worth the discomfort.

The second knocked me on my ass for a day. Then relief and now three weeks after my second I am kinda sorta mostly protected.

4. remember to still wear your mask and social distancing.

it takes awhile for the shots to build up. so dont get cockey out there.
