My bet is that at least one third of the members of Congress could NOT pass that test.

If it were up to me, I would make all members of Congress take that test, and be disbarred/expelled if they fail. If they can't even measure up to the civic knowledge of newly naturalized people from Cuba or the Philippines, they have no business making our laws.
