Adam Newbold, the owner of the ‘C4 Coffee Company’ who says he is a retired Navy SEAL, was at the insurrection but wasn’t charged. He says he was just there “singing the national anthem alongside police officers.”

He then goes on to say that he doesn’t want anyone who voted for Biden to come into his store or buy his coffee.

This 👆 is why everyone who was in the restricted area needs to be charged. There needs to be consequences for each and every one of these traitors.

2. How can they not understand that they attacked the United States Government.

I haven’t seen any video clip of anyone trying to explain that to them. I haven’t seen proof of any of them acknowledging that the invasion on the Capitol was a mistake other than for the violence against Capitol Police.
They purposely invaded a joint session of congress that was performing an act that is required by the United States constitution, for the purpose of overturning a presidential election that had already been certified by all 50 states.
This is recognized as an act of war against the United States and I hope that the courts federal courts enforce it as such.
