I am still so freaking happy that racist, sexist bigot got voted out of office!

But if one of these hideous abortion bills making their ways through Republican states ends up at SCOTUS, then Roe is very much on the line. We know that Thomas, Alito, Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch will vote to gut Roe. Then it doesn't matter what Roberts does. The only states where abortion will be legal are already safe.

Most people are pro-choice and support Roe.
