Joe came from working class roots, ran a few times and lost. Life has thrown him a few curve balls, he put one foot in front of the other and moved forward. He was Vice President to a Harvard educated Constitutional Scholar. He is one of those guys who may not have seemed destined for greatness, but competence and a steady hand in a very challenging time might just thrust it on him. Damn, how Americana is that?
