For going to fast in 15 mph zone. I couldn't stop giggling. Not that I found it funny, it was that I was so nervous. So yes nerves will do that.

But, yeah... I am that person who tends to laugh when nervous. Ive also been know to cry when frustrated/really pissed off. Its a problem.
