Rusch is right alongside the #ProudBoys as they surge over barricades on the West side of the #Capitol.

As the police lines are breached he is one of the first past them. Once more, he has the megaphone.

A tense standoff ensues with #ProudBoys walking along the fallback lines set by the police. Rusch is with them.

The police are again overrun, and a group surges up into the inaugural scaffolding, and up a set of stairs. He joins them.
