More white people commit crimes than Black people, that is a statistical fact based on the sheer number of white people vs. Black people. They represent ~15% of US population, and that percentage has remained steady for centuries. More white people are on SNAP and disability than Black people. More white people than Black people get off scott free for far more heinous crimes. Matt Gaetz is exhibit A.
Black people do not commit more crime, they are arrested for more things that are called crime because a Black person is doing it (see meme listing all the ways unarmed young black men have died at the hands of police who "feared for their lives."
White cities counties and state governments pass laws designed to lock up poor people for daring to try to survive in abject poverty. Criminalize the symptoms while they spread the disease. Prevent Black people from earning any money at all for 350 years, while their labor benefited and enriched whitey; then Jim Crow them and sharecrop them and make sure they can't make any money even when they are free. Then, when black communities do thrive and make economic gains, whitey burns those cities to the ground. Another fifty years goes by, and Black People exercise their right to vote, and they can earn money, and they enter the professional and political class, and they succeed, and one of their own does pull himself up by his bootstraps and take advantage of the opportunities given him, and worked hard, and grew up to be president, the whiteys have lost their collective minds--from electing the former guy as a direct reaction to a successful Black presidential administration and the subsequent four year escalation of white animosity and anger and permission to act out violent racial hatred and hostility.
No one hates all cops because they are cops. People hate assholes, bullies, incompetents, and racists for being assholes, bullies, incompetents, and racists. Simple as that.
