Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY): What we are confronted with here is a totally left-wing administration trying to transform America into something no one voted for last year.

(2,636 posts)...and the former guy likely got far fewer than 74 million.
He's pretty much said he cheated, just not enough. He wouldn't have tried so hard to overturn Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, as well as Michigan and Wisconsin, the surprises from 2016, if he hadn't thought he had those states won. My guess? 87 million to 65 million.

(10,271 posts)If you're a republican, you can just ignore the fact that your side lost the last election by 5 million votes, and do Exactly Fuck All to help the actual Winners govern the nation.

I've yet to see an action from this Admin that I would consider "Left-Wing".

(82,849 posts)Me neither, but we had to watch the former guy tear refugee families apart, put kids in cages, and criminalize asylum seekers. What did Sen. McConnell think about that transformation of America from beacon of freedom to the world to sycophantic imitation of Russian gulags?
