First, hes in trouble over another case already. And why did they go to him? Maryland?
Heart enlargement? Carbon Monoxide? Lying on his stomach? What the actual fuck?
I cant wait for the cross.

(679 posts)He sounds like a white South African. Is he? I havent found his is a name yet. Did they really find a graduate of Apartheid to testify for the defense? Thats what I want to know.
Oh, my goodness! I just found his bio. He IS from South Africa. If you know anyone from South Africa, youll KNOW that race plays a part in every discussion of every person. This is one of those moments that you cant just make up! Chauvins defense chose a White South African to explain how Chauvin couldnt have killed Floyd.
This is unthinkable. But, here we are.

(679 posts)I just posted this separately in order to draw attention to this mans history. I know many South Africans and I can tell you that race is very much on part of every discussion about people. They even differentiate between English-speaking and Afrikaans-speaking white South Africans in terms of culture and identity. Colored people, Black people, Jews, you name it. You WILL hear this language in typical conversations with South Africans. Its part of them.

(43,181 posts)...wouldn't that still be evidence of either depraved indifference or gross recklessness that would support at the least manslaughter or second degree murder? Keeping a restrained suspect right underneath a running vehicle would appear to be against all protocols if you ask me?
