One of the most pivotal decisions of Joe Biden's presidency is approaching. On May 5, he must choose between protecting the profits of Big Pharma, or ending the pandemic worldwide by allowing lower-income nations to manufacture COVID vaccines.

1. I will admit not having watched the video

but I do have a question. Say we decide to not let pharma enforce their patent? What happens the next time? Why would any company spend a fortune to generate a vaccine that can end a pandemic but will profit them nothing? I don't know what the answer to this is, but I do know we have to get this right.
