The minute he refused to put his hands on the wheel, they'd have dragged a black man out and beaten him down. The guy had a gun, visible, refused orders, and threatened to shoot the officers and they actually holstered their sidearms.

There are "sovereign citizen" types who inundate themselves with insane nonsense, but the main thing is that they are loud about "their rights."
