Sen Manchin lives up to his Dem creds.
Appreciate that he saw the worth of Gupta's nom rather than racial identity, or whatever personal reason the NO/Not votes had.

That's why we deserve an answer as to 'why not?"

not abstentions. Tillis just had surgery I have no clue about any of the rest.
