Chicago police kill Black people at a rate 22x higher than white people and kill Latinx people at a rate 6x higher. This is the most extreme racial disparity in fatal police violence of any major city. The only place that comes close is Minneapolis. http://mappingpoliceviolence.org

The GOP prevents the CDC and others from studying gun violence, don't they? They won't allow the science because they know how evil firearms are.

3. Latinx? Here in NM I have never seen a Hispanic

person refer to themselves as Latinex. And according to the last census the majority of Hispanics in this state identify as white.

Sorry but that bullshit made up word offends me.

4. It offends a lot of Latin descendants. It's whitewashing their language to make whites feel good.

Oh, I'm sure there are some people of Latin heritage that like the term, there's always outliers in any sample. Most that I've seen consider it cultural erasure and outright racist, though. "How dare you Latins speak your language when us vastly superior Whites can tell you how to do it 'right'."
