Plans by Dems to increase the Supreme Court by 4 seats is met by cries by the Reich Wing that it will be made into a partisan operation.

to take the temperature of the public and the dem caucus to the possibility. Biden has a commission looking at the problem and the dems know this, so they would not be really pushing this until they get a report done. Biden wants public support for his decisions.
