Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA) have launched the congressional America First Caucus which calls for “common respect for uniquely Anglo-Saxon political traditions.”

Punchbowl News says it is “some of the most nakedly nativist stuff we’ve ever seen.”

I'm going to apply the standards of my long deceased, super WASPy, racist forebears, with whom I disagree on everything:

Qualify as white European:

Catholics: sort of, maybe, as long as they're serving the cocktails or taking care of the house
Irish: ibid
French: ibid
Spanish: not really
Italian: hell no
Any place south or east of Italy: hahahahahahaahahahaha
Slavs: hahahahahahahahahahaha
Enrique Tarrio, Cancun Cruz (a foreign--born national from Canada) and other Latinx: hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, hahahahahahahaha, hahahahahahahaha, hahaha

People like Marjorie Greene, Gosar, Lauren Qbert, Tommy Tooberville, etc. can truly go f**k themselves. Who wants to be a part of that world besides a bunch of inbred dead-enders?

17. Anglo Saxons are a tiny minority

Even in terms of original immigrants from the British Isles, there were a lot of Irish, Scots-Irish, Scots, and Welsh.

In the second half of the 19th century, Germans became the largest ethnic group from Europe. If you add in the Poles, Italians, Scandinavians, Austro-Hungarians, and Jews the Anglo Saxons are pretty well swamped out.
