No serious reaction.
Sore arm, dull headache that motrin or tylenol have no effect on, body feels heavy, tired.
Beats the hell out of upside down with a tube down my throat, waiting to die.

(759 posts)He had little to no reaction. Went to work the next day.
Lucky me get knocked on my ass the day after for 24 hours. Nausea, aches, slight fever. The next day was pretty well recovered. Looking forward to visiting friends (vaccinated) next Friday.

(55,007 posts)well it is REALLY dry this year. sold about a third of the cows off and need to unload some more. other than that we are doing ok for now. not sure if we have another summer like last year...might have to go into the trailer park business or something.

(5,477 posts)the sore arm was a little bit worse than with the first dose - I couldn't raise my arm to get something off of the top kitchen cabinet shelf. It also lasted a few days longer than the first dose - 1st dose I had a slightly sore spot for 2 days or so, 2nd dose was probably 5 days.
Not certain if it actually was caused by the vaccine, or the injection location, or the technique that the provider used. Too many variables -- I had the first does in my right arm, the 2nd in my non-dominant left (poorer muscle tone), and the injection was right in the spot next to where I had a little chunk of skin blown off by a bad injection with one of those pneumatic guns when I was in the Air Force (the med tech moved the gun as it fired), so I may have some subcutaneous scar tissue there. This time I felt the needle go in, and for the 1st I felt absolutely nothing.
At any rate, no headache or anything else, just the slightly sore arm for a few days, and I feel GREAT knowing that I'm helping to protect the more vulnerable in our community.
Hang in there, and thank you for caring enough to get vaccinated!
