1. Because of THEIR OWN behavior, because of THEIR OWN record of lying, ALL cops' stories

should NOT be accepted as true. PERIOD. Don't believe it because they said so. In any case.

And note that does not mean that every cop's story is assumed false. But it DOES mean that their collective history of falsehoods means their stories are worthless as evidence. As a group they have demonstrated a systematic record of self-serving falsity. Whatever any non-cop-testimony evidence shows is what you've got to evaluate.
