26. Deviled ham has mustard, paprika and just a dash of tobacco or cayenne.

Need to use brown mustard, though, the French Yellow is for deviled eggs. Also, home made has far less salt. Mix it with dill relish for a real nice bite.
Mom used to make Deviled Ham better than the Armored Deviled Ham in the can.

I don't remember the exact proportions, though. It's been a while.

When it's a sandwich, the Mayo is on the bread, a rustic brown, along with a good sweet lettuce and fresh tomato.
