I think it's a good bet that Flynn did the planning and set things up to facilitate the action at Trump's request. I hope there is a way for the FBI to get records of communication with Trump on that day. If they have anything, they need to bring it out soon. It's already been a long time for Republicans to disassociate themselves from the whole thing. It took about a day for them to rally and start coming up with alternative stories. Much longer and it will be completely obscured and/or blamed on the Democrats.

in the White House. They had recordings of Trump's phone calls. It wouldn't surprise me if the White House was bugged. Some parts of our government are out of the President's reach, judging by some things I've read about his/her ability to find out information. Also, because Trump was such a criminal, they might have made a special effort to find out what he was doing. The question is whether or not they would be able to share whatever information they might have learned.

Because he was the sitting President, the crimes he committed were monumental. He would have made Nixon blush at all the shit he pulled. The injuries were significant. Bruising, split open flesh, fractures, seizures from chemicals and tear gas. Totally f#@%ed up!
